Skate Creek was planted on 7-24 with 2,000 rainbows at 2.5/lb. The Tilton was planted on 7-24 with 2,025 rainbows at 2.5/lb.

Fish on!!!

Stacie,
Thanks for the heads-up. Sounds like these might be good places to take beginners, but I've never been to either creek so I couldn't say for sure. Just curious--when they plant these creeks, do they drop off the fish at various points, or do they dump them all in one spot?

On the Tilton we plant right at the launch in downtown Morton.

We plant the four main bridges on Skate Creek: the 4700 rd. bridge, the one on Craig Rd. and the 2 concrete bridges on the 52 rd. Now mind you, I haven't been up there yet myself so that is all I know.

Also, the uppper concrete bridge will probably not get planted next go round because the water is getting really low.

Hope that helps!
