At the bottom of the forum page, there is a box where you can leap to other areas on the site. There is a hunting Oregon and Washington forum that just got turned on last week and has taken off rapidly. Folks from both states are posting there.

Go to the bulletin board selection page where you access the different bb's. below the classified ads and the Ifish admin bb is the hunting bb.

The zen leecher was kinda slow on that one. I found the site now. I may be reading that site a lot.

I shoot almost as much as I fish. I tried to shoot regularly this year during the off season so I wouldn't have a slow go on the opener.

Since about last October I've gone thru 1,500 shotgun primers. Didn't think it was that many until I was counting the remaining packs in my primer box this last weekend.

This weekend will be hunting doves over by the Potholes somewhere. I may do that the next weekend also.

Right now I'm scheduled to go deer hunting the third weekend, but that's kinda iffy. I broke my bow on Sunday and am shopping around for a reasonably priced replacement. I got "sticker shock" on one of the archery sites the other day. Don't have an idea what type of bow would go for $895. Must be guaranteed to never miss.

I haven't reloaded shotgun shells for years on my MEC 600 junior, but I do go through lots of pistol and rifle each year. I figure I shoot about 2,000 rounds a year.

I buy my steel shot pre-rolled, as I am having issues locating reliably inexpensive components. I did get it at wholesale when I loaded commercially, but now I make a yearly pilgramedge (sp?) to Kesselrings to cut down on costs for .40, .44, and .30 cal supplies.

I won't get out hunting for a few more weeks, but I can hardly wait for that first Eastern Washington grouse hunt. I have a spot where I have shot a limit of blues every time I went there, and I get to see lots of elk and deer just for fun.

I'm looking at muzzleloading for deer this year, but I didn't get my special permit. Three points and still no joy. Got a cow tag in a master hunter unit about 10 miles from my home! Second one in two years, third in four. I have a whole month to get a cow in October, and if I don't connect, then I still get to hunt for horns.
