After a long absence I've returned. The past weeks have found me looking for work again.
I plan on fishing this weekend over at fish lake . Nothing serious just mostly relaxing.

I haven't been out much lately, but did hit the Whidbey Island beaches to try my hand at FFing for silvers. Out of four of us, only one silver caught - nice 5 pounder.

I'm headed up to BC for a "fish-in" this next weekend.

Last hired first fired I guess, Why pay me the most when they can pay the someone else to do the work I trained them to do for Alot less money. I went to fish lake over the week end and did ok. Saturday I got 12 bows from 14" to 16" in about 6 hours. The lake was turning over. Went to Lake wenatchee on sunday. Never fly fished it before . Now I know why. Caught alot of some type of fish they were big 2 to 6lb on my 4 wt. These fish were strong fighters. They had a mouth like a bass ,a forked tail and small scales.
And they loved black bunny leeches.
