If anyone here is going to battle Ground lake in the next few days, I left a pair of float tube fins on the edge of the lake near the boat ramp, so if you happen to see them there, grab them and send me an email.

Oh man, that sucks! I hardly ever go there anymore. But, I do know somebody that fishes it quite frequently and lives right up on the hill above the camels. I'll see him tomorrow and ask if he has seen them or picked them up.

does that guy have an "alaska" smokercraft boat? i've seent hat guy there about 90% of the times i've been there.

I left BG lake around 2:30 and there were no fins around. I talked to one person going out in a tube, as I was loading my boat. Was that you?

Nope, don't know the guy in the Smokercraft, but I've seen him there many times too. Must be a real trout hog. The guy I know fishes from the bank. Mostly on the dock and off to the left on the trail. BUT, STUPIDLY, I FORGOT TO ASK HIM IF HE HAD SEEN THEM! Sorry, I'm writing it on my hand right now, so I'll be sure and ask him tomorrow. Hey just think about it this way--fins cost money, but you shouldn't feel too bad. At least you didn't leave your tube there.

Thanks to the help from KB, and for your concern, Ileft the lake about 12:30 on sunday, and they would be black Creek Company Fins. Left just north of the main boat launch.

Sorry, I haven't been able to get online for a few days. Okay, on Thursday I finally remembered to ask him if he'd seen them. He said no he hadn't. Hadn't caught any fish recently either. Must be slowing down. But, you might check with the guys up there at the park headquarters office on the way into the park. Somebody could have found them and turned them in there, hopefully.
