You can use whatever you normally use for trout. I like to use a frog colored Flatfish right on the surface. I pulled a three lb'er out of the north end of Poverty Rock back in January. cool

ive noticed that spoons tend to take larger trout when im trolling. triple teasers are my personal favorite. i prefer silver or bronze for flash, depending on visibility and depth. im sure other colors would work fine as long as you get in front of the fish you should do alright. you can tip your spoons with bait or foam scent balls if you like, but just make sure it doesnt kill the action of the lure, a little can go a long way.

Rockfish,
Both. Sea-runs come in through the locks and the fish-passage facilities there. At the same time, there are quite a few big resident cutts. The lake has a population of long-fin smelt that, along with the smaller kokanee and other forage species, provide ample food resources for large cutthroat (and rainbows).
