I live in Kent and I'm looking for a good place for catch and release fishing with my 10 year old and 2 year old kids. I have a row boat, if necessary. Size and species don't matter. Any ideas?

Lake meridian - year round, great variety of fish (sm and lg mouth bass, perch, trout, kokanee, brown bullhead, and probably others). 2 boat launches. Wath out for skiiers on nice days.

Lake wilderness - nice little lake with a nice park. Boat launch. No skiiers. Decent trout fishing.

If you want quiet and low fishing pressure and like to catch lots of fish, try Lake Fenwick. It's small and isn't affected by the wind much. And the bobber fishing is really hot. The kids would love it. Bobber, 4-6ft leader and a worm. I've been out there 4 or 5 times already and i usually see only 1 or 2 boats.
