Easy,
Can you send me that information too, going with a guide is something I might want to do. Lake Washington is so close to my house...the only thing that turns me away from that lake is that the boat launches are usually terrible. I would love to learn to fish the lake to, so I could go out there without getting sunked for once.

Thanks!

FC, I can be your guide too. I could join you for an outing sometime on the big lake. I always launch at Sayres because it is real close to the bridge (I-90) and the launch is in good shape.

I like to teach people what I know and have learned over time. I have put a lot of time in on the big lake and it is just now starting to pay off. I am one of those guys you would see out there in the middle of January.

Let me know if you are interested. You can reach me at ccostenbader1@attbi.com or carl@dollarseattle.com

By the way, I use the term "guide" very loosely. I am not a proffesional guide by any means. I am just a weekend fisherman. I just thought Easy Limits Guide Service is a cool name for a guide service. laugh

Easy Limits would be nice but I have found them few and far between.... Of course, those one fish limit lakes are easy! "Pocket limits" can also be easy - a limit of small ones that can fit in your pocket. Shirt pocket!, so you don't sit on them!

Hey Easy, I wont be able to make it out this weekend... guess i gotta dig some trenches at the house... darn darn darn.
Maybe some other time but thanks for even allowing anyone to. Having someone with your experience offer the guiding of lesser experienced people really does brighten fishing. I swear this is sometimes the best sport just because the people.

hey i'm curious, could somebody explane the salmon opening and how to figure out what area opens when. as well i'm really interested in trying for some salmon but don't know how my boat would do, it's only a 15ft fourty horse deal. i'm a bit leary of getting in the salt water without some serious, quality advice. thanks, so guiding for salmon, your boat or mine? laugh

Most Pugetropolis areas open July 1 for salmon. Places like Elliott Bay have geographical and date restrictions. You really have to know what you are doing as far as regs go. You almost need to be an attorney to figure out everything. Get yourself a copy of the regs and study the area you want to fish if you have not already. As far as "hot spots" go just look for other boats.

I know this is rather vague info but I cannot possibly give detailed info on such a large area. I would be typing all night. If there is one specific area you are wondering about I and other forum viewers may be able to give some advice. Just ask! cool

Oh ya, your boat will do just fine. I have a 14" aluminum and I go all over the place with it.
