Hey all I just made a discovery today... Probably nothin big and you probably all know it but i wanted to share this anyways because it seemed pretty helpful.

Kokanee, when they go for bait, do NOT bite down hard at first. they usually nibble at it. If you use to much bait, they will nibble all day. Use just enough to cover the hook, and a worm/anyting else combo usually works best. I use REALLY small hooks so that they swallow them... I keep ALL the fish i catch baitfishing so im not like, releasing a gutted fish.

Using a slip bobber works well to. I found that they usually hang as far as 20 feet down at deep lake, and a normal bobber is HELL to cast that far. slip bobbers are excellent, especially the smaller ones that just dive under the water, giving you an extra adrenaline rush.

Good luck to all and I hope this helps some. Remember, if you have no fish within 30 minutes or so, change depths by a few feet. Once you find that depth, you will usually have a limit of 'silvers' pretty quick.

Good luck, add anything else youd like.
