Thanks guys. I really do appriciate it. My gear is back with me now, and the cops are checking into the kid who returned it, so I'm hoping something will come of it. The kid said his father was a cop, so maybe I'll get my $100 back too. I'm still missing my camp chair and headphones, though. The kid said he didn't see them, but I have my doubts that the story he told me is the truth. He looked OK, but I mean, come on... You were walking your dog and just happened to come across the stuff stashed at the top of a cliff? Only reason I have his phone number is because of Caller ID on my dad's phone. Though the signs I put up said no questions asked, so I didn't press for anything else. I hope whoever did it gets their just desserts!
