most of you guys have it wrong, I am not cheap or strapped for cash. I only drive my truck 2,000 miles per year. I dont want to have to buy an expensive new tire because it would be junk way before I got full use out of it. On my rigs that I drive consistantly I only buy the best tires, I would be stupid to buy a set of 1400$ tires that would last me as long as 600$ tires.

Went through the same thing last summer. My old tires were worn and popped a hole up on the gravel road. Needed something with a nice thick tread as I've popped a few on that road.

I checked Craigslist, Ebay, dealers, and on-line warehouses.

There's some junk yards or places that specialize in used tires especially from Tacoma to Everett. They list on Craigslist. Could also buy re-treads for cheap on Ebay.

Just do your homework and you'll figure it out.

Maybe you should have stated this to begin with?
