Why is it that someone using bait (nightcrawlers)
brags about how many fish they caught and released? 5 is the limit when using bait. Please
people read the reg's. mad

Hey TM: I fish that Jameson Lake once or twice a season every year.
I don't know of any lake in the state where one can observe as many
blatant fishing law violations per day as Jameson. Or as many rude boaters.
If I were a Game Warden (Do they still have those??) I could camp there my
whole career and make my career on a single lake.

Don't know why that is? But you should go there on that stupid fall opener and
watch the powerbaiters jerk those 7" spring planters outa the water and clear
back into the sagebrush.....good entertainment if you don't get sick like me. eek

Sigh... I think I should post this reg on the front page. In fact, I just did for the next update. I will try to be more deligent in flaging these obvious violations of the regs. One of the purposes of this site is to help educate anglers so maybe this will help.

TM, FF. et al - Couldn't agree more. Not enough enforcement people out there. Kinda goes back to discussion about fines - $1 - 2K, confiscation of gear would be a great start.

Sorry Mike, don't think those people would read this forum, let alone the regs. Perhaps they don't understand the language.... Worse yet, they don't care and they pass this type of disregard on to the kids. Bet there is also a pile of garbage left on the shore or dumped into the lake.

Pretty sad really.
