I fished off of Redondo again Sunday afternoon. I scored this 14# king right at 7pm. I have caught four kings this weekend off of Redondo. I think the fish are in!

I just bought a new rod and reel and it has already seen four kings. I think the rod and reel are lucky.

I'm just jelous Carl! A friend of my did real well at Defiance on Sunday in the middle of the day. His girl friend and himself limited.
I'm sure that when the girl friend becomes wife status he won't be able to spend enough time on the water to limit

We did not see any other fish caught today.

On Friday evening however, I caught a 6 1/2# Coho (don't have a pix) at 75 feet off the 'rigger.

I have been pushing my partners to hit Redondo for weeks. We did well in Elliot bay, but that is history. Hit defiance Saturday, that was a bust.
Used to fish REdondo almost exclusively years ago, with all your posts, it is making me wish I had gone back there earlier! Prolly won't make it this year, since I am not the captain, I seem to not get a whole lot of choice.......

I did not have a chance to taste any of them, I give my fish away to family and friends. I can tell you the meat was of superior quality. Very little fat.
