Also using a time honored tradition such as Boy Scouts to stop fishing as well is just absured.

Isnt being a scout in part learning the outdoors and how to survive in it.

Sad world we live in when a scout can not pick up a rod and reel and learn to fish .

Sucks isn't the word for it. They want everyone to eat vegetables.Well plants also feel pain. If we stop eating meat,fish,or fowl. And because plants feel pain I guess that we will all starve to death. I don't think that we could live very long on water.

And if we didn't eat meat,fish,or fowl. The world would be soon over run with all those animals.

Is it ok for other fish to eat fish? Or bears or eagles? Seals sometimes just take a bite out of fishes bellies. When fish are plentiful bears just eat their skin. Those peta peaople need to go slap those bears around. That would be fun to watch.

Read an article that PETA is also trying to get legislature to ban all fishing in National and State parks. Several states already have gone along with it, including California....boy am I glad I left when I did.

I can only say that I am getting really tired of small groups of people forcing their views on me. Tolerance is a two way street and they only way to change another person's opinion is through discussion....not laws!

I wonder if any PETA members have ever enjoyed a day on the water with family and friends catching fish.

There was a PETA rep on Hannity & Colmes on Fox News last night, they were debating if and how fish feel pain. It was very one sided with everyone making jokes about some of the crazy ideas PETA has. This is the first time I have seen PETA represented in person on TV news and not just a story about them.

I bet crime goes up if the fishing keeps going down. If fishing in state parks is taken away, Deep Lake and Kanasket both will be gone, and I guess Flaming Guiser to. Boy oh boy, I'll be ready to kill someone.

I was in the doctors office this morning and I was reading a Sports Illistrated(sp). About what that group did with basketballs. They got the makers of Basketballs to make them out of synthetic material because you can only get four basketballs out of one cow hide. Don't worry I'm not for them because I like to eat BEEF.

Quite a website. Calling it "B" Material is a complement. Definitely propaganda at it's lowest form. I wonder how much PETA members and supporters contribute towards fish and wildlife conservation?
