I just got my license last friday and am wanting to do some fishing now with my new freedom as before no one would ever take me places that I wanted to fish.

I want to stay local so I know my way around and doesn't take too long to get there. I know of good places like Snohomish river, French Creek, Skykomish River, Stilly, etc. Could you share some other places like maybe some creeks that produce well.

I live between Everett and Snohomish if that helps any.

P.S. When do the Salmon come into the Snohomish? I would like to try my luck this year.

There are already salmon in the rivers,but I don't think they open until Sept. 1st. Once they do the rivers will be full of silvers and the fishing will be great. I can't tell you any good place right now,I've been concentrating on the salt this summer. A great place to find info is Ted's sports center in Lynnwood,all they do fishing so they have lots of gear and all sorts of knowledge. Good luck!
