Glad the CCA could help defer some of that cost. Oh wait, they didn't.

I like how today's WDFW notice states" Holders of certain types of fishing and hunting licenses, registered campers in state parks and certain others are not required to buy or display a Discover Pass."

how is LE supposed to know if you are a fishing or hunting license holder if your pass is not displayed and you are parked somewhere?

Type your license plate into the computer in their truck.

How did CCA get dragged into this fight?

I dont recall providing my license plate number when I bought my fishing license...did you?

Further, the state just nailed me with that "have to change your license plate" bull$hit when I just re-registered and bought tabs 15 days ago ( what a scam) Will they be able to track the change..?

Didn't you know that the license plate wears out from all those red light camera flashes?
God forbid that the state stops finding ways to manufacture fee's,tax's and surcharges.

You write the license plate number on the permit that is required to be displayed and was provided with the hunting/fishing license. No display=ticket.

OH, you must be talking about the "Fade to black and roll yourself up" piece of garbage sitting on your dash that has no value if you buy the newest and greatest Discover Pass. In the brief time I've had my new one, the process of self-disintegration has already taken its toll.

It still has value. If you park in a WDFW area you need the fade to black role up thing you got with your hunting/fishing license. If you don't have a hunting/fishing license then you need the Discover Pass to park in WDFW areas and it gives you parking/entry to any of the state parks. Your fade to black roll up thing will not give you parking/entry to state parks, it is only good for parking in WDFW areas. Clear as mud???

Actually, it only has value if you don't buy a Discover Pass.
