After about a dozen years since my last new puppy, I came home with this lil girl the other night.
My third fox terrier.
Damn, I had forgotten how much fun these lil bastids are, she makes me feel like a kid again...

Fox Terriers are pretty much like Jack Russells in size and stature, but with sleeker hair.

And just when everyone thought I was a dog hater......

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

That pup is about the cutest thing I've ever seen.

Congrats, Sal, on your new bud.

Nice pup Sal ! !
It was about the same amount of time since my last "puppy", if he is anything like mine, he will remind you all the things you forgot about having a new pup. . . . .good and bad .. .

Good luck to the cat .. . . . . .

Terriers DO rock! My last one was a never ending source of smiles. They'll get right into your heart......guaranteed.
Congratulations on your new addition. thumbs
I'm in the process of out-waiting the puppy stage myself. It can be trying, but I find it helpful to remember that dog's do what they do because it is fun to them......not because it pisses me off. smile

Nice looking pup !
Back in the day, a kid in the neighborhood had one, Penny.
Lots of energy even in her golden years.
I think that she was pushing 20 when she was called to the fox hunt upstairs.

Yeah Dave, she is something else.
Sometimes getting a ground level pic ain't easy with all of the fun and games!

Here is that "adjustment" thing I was referring to with the cat.

She'll have her hands full with our rooster, he's a bad ass.

Oh, it's going to be a barrel of fun. Today while walking Tye a 4 month old black lab pup saw him and came ambling out to play. After a bit of grab ass I leashed Tye up and off we went. When we were about 100 yards form the pup here it came again. Repeated four times over severral hundred yards. I petted the pup and it made me miss my puppie. They are sooo cute for that first year.

Don't get me wrong Tye is awesome, but he was sooo much cuter when he was 3-6 months old.

Good stuff, Slabbie! Dogs will be dogs!

Tiz time!
Yellows are nice too, Bernie. Will steal your heart just as easily.

Good wife and I are heading towards an "Apartment Terrier" on this leg. Just hope we can keep the furniture intact.

I really like dogs, and they seem to like me.
"Dog is my co pilot." Makes sense to me.
