I recently moved to Puyallup and was wondering if anyone knows of any good Crappie lake in Pierce County. I would also like some info on where the most productive spots on the lakes are and what lure to use. I am most interested in Lake Tanwax, Harts, Kapowsin, and Silver(in Pierce County), and Rapjohn. I only fish for Crappie in spring and summer, so info for these time periods would be most helpful. I would like alot of info because I am New to this area and starting over, so if you know anything that might be helpful, feel free to Post a reply. I would appreciate it very much.

Thanks!!!!

It's been a long time since I've been there, but I beleive tanwax has some good size perch. I will try and get a hold of my brother and have him post u a message here. They had property on the lake and he knows it well.

Yep...tanwax has some good size perch and crappie. It also holds some bass up to about 7lbs. Kapowsin is right down the road from Tanwax, and holds the same fish. Both lakes have tons of good cover,Kapowsin is pretty much undeveloped, with a small resort to launch a boat.Tanwax is very developed, with lots of docks and alot of lily pads, grass, cattails and downed trees. Tanwax has a state launch, and three resorts.Let me know if you need any more info.
