Perhaps an introduction would have been first, with some of your interests and what you like to fish for, that type of stuff. Before coming on here and rambling about this crap.

Welcome to PP, wear a cup!

Aha!, there are people reading this "sh t" as you call it.
I am sorry if I offended because of my newness to your forum. As I mentioned at the end of my post my name is Phil.
I live on south Whidbey Island where we catch alot of salmon. I don't claim to be an expert on fishing Whidbey but, if you throw a rock you will hit at least 2. I'm told this is a Humpy year and that means lots of salmon for smoking. I fish Bush Point and Lagoon Point from the shore.

A couple of "Mainlanders" told me to ask for advise on this forum. What I wanted to know was what do you look for in a place to stay when coming to fish here? I do know B&B's that charge $180.00 to $280.00 a night but, they are very nice. I have a 4 bdrm. house with 2 vacant rooms downstairs that might be a good place to stay when fishing here.
Before I spend any money for decor I wanted your imput.

Thanks
Phil

So dude, I need a roommate too. How about $400 a month and I pay 1/3 of the utilities? Is this close to water? Because I like fishing, is their any good rivers on whidbey Island?

You might want to double-check BigJim's references and past alcohol-induced behavior before opening the door to him.

I think your $50 for double occupancy is a good deal but I also think that you are close enough to population centers that people may not want to stay at your place. You'd be better off trying to get families to stay for the weekend which would probably require you (and certainly not BigJim) being there.

Good luck.

Hi, I also had to look for a room near my hunting place but Now I have transportable home and I don't need to hire any room. but for your I think this one is best "you can come live with me bigjim. its a one bedroom, one bed in my moms basement. You have to snuggle with me ; )". or best of luck for next one.
