Once in a LIFETIME opportunity for you to get into a PRIVATE ASSOCIATION 2 miles upriver from Blue Creek Launch. Lots NEVER come up for sale in this association, and most people, because it is so private have no idea we even exist. Private boat launch. Quiet, peaceful. BEAUTIFUL. I have made many upgrades and invested in making this place tight...but now I am moving to California. Comes done and ready to fish and play. 25' pole building built around 21' Foot Travel Trailer. 1200 gallon cement septic tank built in with toilet and storage building. This place is HEAVEN on earth. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Asking $45,000. Call Todd at 206-817-4756. Cash deals only. This isn't the kind of place you finance. Ridiculously cheap to manage annually. I''ll tell you how much it costs for annual upkeep when you call.

Got buddies that have a couple lots @ CTTA.Fun place when the fish are around.Thought about getting in on the action but the fish run's are too up and down to pull the trigger.I'm leaving my options open to roam.Good luck,
SZ

I'm with ya on this...................

Have wanted a cabin or outdoor property for YEARS. I can finally afford it now but don't want all my apples in one barrel.

Living in Olympia is the best thing I can do for my fishing. An hour or two drive to ANY place I care to fish................without the need to pay property tax. In this day and age of fisheries mangement, the key is to stay fast and flexible. banana

Kaalamageo....

#1) Again...it is NOT Timbertrails. I repeat, NOT Timber Trails. Not to be too harsh...but NOT Timber Trails.

Chuck...

#2. NOT Timber Trails dude. So...the link you placed above is irrelevant. That place is sloppy.
