Looking for someone willing to part with a minnkota or similar electric motor. This is going to be heavily modified and i have no idea if it will work in the configuration I am planning so I dont want to spend too much. If anyone has an old one kicking around they;d be willing to sell for $50 or so. Shoot me a PM.

Thanks
David

I have an old 24 volt 70+lb thrust you can have. Broken shaft, but if you are gonna play with one, this would be a good start.

Ha. No if i had the money for my own piece of ground I am sure i would have a better system than an electric motor to keep it open.

This is going on a boat, mainly to maintain steerage in 6" or less of water. i also wouldnt mind additional power to help me get home, but thats what the oars are for...
