Cigar Returning Adult Registered: 09/01/01 Posts: 354 Loc: Shoreline, Wa.	I really don't know anything about carp fishin, but I have fished the north end of Lake Washington for years. I've seen a few cought by perch fishermen just off Arrowhead Pt. and also over by Sheridan Beach and Lake Forrest Park.
