I checked the WDFW and it shows no plants so far this year and none last year, that seems kind of odd to me.

Anyone know whats up? In the past, that's been a decent opener.

Interesting. Deer Lake is one of my favorites. They could get away without stocking that lake and catching will still be good.

Maybe they are going to stock it just before the opener (this week).

Deer Lake got it's fish on the 16th and 20th.

Deer, Lone and Goss all got thier plants. Lone Lake was the only w/ triploids (400).

I like Lone lake because the crowds are not so big on opening day due to it's open year-round.

You can only keep one fish over 18" though, so that may not be good if the kids want to keep a few.

There are big bass in Lone Lk. also.
