Hi everyone, I'm just starting to fish again and was hoping to get some advice on here. I don't have a boat so I'm wondering if there's anywhere decent to fish from the shore that's not too far from N. King County. I'm probably only going to be able to get out in the evenings during the week and I live in Kirkland. Seems like all my friends with boats are too busy to fish anymore.....

Welcome Nu Fisher. For starters I would review all the lakes listed on King county/Snohomish county. Look at the overviews and then the reports. The obvios one that comes to my mind is lake Washington. That has tons of shore access and is a great lake to fish. Good luck!
