Hey guys, didn't want to post this on the other board, by time I could check it again it would be long gone smile

You guys ever had any luck with the whitefish around Flaming Guiser? What do you use? Is this an appropriate time to fish for them?

Thanks!

Curtis

Flaming Geyser SP is a good place to fish for whitefish. Try tossing very small spinners, maggots, or single egg on a hook.

Oh ya, in the latest F&H News there is a little blurb about whitefish fishing on the Green. Page 24-1.

We used to fish for them up higher. Around the palmer-kanaskat SP. to the headworks. A small fly tipped with a maggot. We rigger a double hook setup with the weight on the bottom. We would just look for a deep hole and cast into it. If we didnt have any luck we would move to the next hole until we found them. Once you found a school it didnt take long to get your limits.
