Snapped a few pics of our California birds the other day.
Growing up as a kid, I used to just live to hunt ducks.
It's been 25 years since I hunted ducks, but they are still pretty neat creatures....

Handsome shot of the bull sprigs.

*Click* and *Bang!* can both have their rewards....

Nice pics. Like the last one, moment of truth for sure.

I am having a hard time deciding whether to leave the rods and spinners in the boat or put the blind on it this weekend. Got to take a couple days off from chasing those damn sneaky blacktails in the brush. beathead

Very nice photos and what DV said, seems there are a few of us that shoot the same way!

Very nice -

Love it when I get the snows to decoy like those in the last pictures;
even I can hit that shot most of the time - yes I'm a long standing member of the poor shooting club.

To be fair I only thought I shot poorly. A couple weeks ago got my first pair of glasses (bifocals). Now depth preception is a real issue and the birds don't appear to be where the actually are - consistently shooting over them.
