Position : Head Chef
Start / End Date : May 1st 2012 - Nov. 1st 2012
Job Descripiton : As head chef you will be responsible for preparing dinner for up to 25 anglers each evening. Procurement of goods, cleaning, and hiring a kitchen staff will be part of the responsiblities. As the head chef, you will also be tasked with managing the kitchen staff, planning the menu, and being a team player.
Schedule & Pay : Depend on experience. We can and will train the right individual.
Benefits : You get to live in Southwest Montana for the summer - and the flyfishing isn't too bad around here.
