Thanks to WashingtonLakes.com I've learned and enjoyed the wonderful warmwater fisheries in the NorthWest. But I've been very dis-satisfied with the online community dedicated to Bass fishing in the NorthWest. It seems most of the fishing community in the northwest is dedicated to Saltwater and Trout/Salmon. So I've decided to create a forum dedicated to Bass Fishing in the NorthWest. Thanks! I'll be checking it out. Unfortunately, the allure of Salmon and Steelhead in our region keep bass and other warm water fish under the radar. That is actually a good thing for bassers such as myself. When I go to a nearby lake and it is loaded with anglers, I am usually the only one targetting bass (others are targetting trout).

OK by me. Having caught the bass bug this year I am looking forward for spring to return and explore many more lakes. With one more fish to target I have found over the years that I will get into one type of fishing for awhile and move on to another. We are indeed in a fortunate area when it comes to fishing opportunities!
