Thatks to my friend Dr. Kokanee (aka.Rob), we went to summit on Sat. He was hot off the bat, I was cold. The diffrence was 1 little red bead, I couldnt believe it. As soon as I put one on, it was on for me too. The big one was 16", my biggest koke. ever. Thanks again Doc.
We bot ended up with our limits of fat ones, just read the summit lake reports from Rob.

What were you using? I got mine trolling a green treble wedding ring with a 3/8 oz keel weight. Suprised me b/c we were cutting across to troll the opposite side and got slammed midlake.

We were using 4/0 dogers, snubber, red bead, and white corn on down riggers at 52' or 60. early am bite was HOT !!

Sound like a great fishery for the boys. Might fish it Saturday with them if Lake WA doesn't open up.
