Download Microsoft Image Resizer; then you can right click on the picture and a screen will pop up click on “Small” or “Advance” then click on “custom” then place 540 x 380 into the boxes on the screen (you will NOT lose the picture with this) then click “OK”

I have found that is you resize your photos to 540 x 380 works the best


Then you can go here and give your picture an http (fallow the rules or you while get banned; really fast) just fallow the direction and it’s easy.
