I'm surprised they can get a closed course like that on SF streets. Pretty cool. And who'da' ever thunk of putting all that hp in a little Ford like that.

10.5 Outlaw cars like that are towed back into the pits, they dont drive... that car in the video was around 2800 -3000 HP, the 04 Stang he used to set the record was at 3500+, the new Vette he runs is around 3500-3700 and was used to break the record...

drive motors like that around when not raced, and they will blow up when you hammer on them to race, they aint cheap either....
