new asking price of $16,200 and $15,800 without canopy was $16,900 OBO

You cannot find a double cab tundra in this condition with or without a canopy for any less! Check dealer listings and you'll see they're listing them for $18-$20k+.
All electrical equipment operates without issue and this truck is mechanically sound. It has mostly been my commuter vehicle so 90% of the mileage has been freeway.

Up for sale is my 2006 Toyota Tundra Double Cab SR5. She has 118,000 miles on her. I purchased it used from Roland Toyota. I've owned her for two years and she's never given me any issues. Always starts and runs excellent. Never even had a check engine light in the time I've owned the truck. This is an excellent family truck. The back seat is extremely roomy and there are eight cup holders for those long rides. I've never towed anything big, only the drift boat. She'll tow a sled no problem though. She is in Great shape inside and out, and ready to show. Major home repairs, and saving for a sled force sale.

Send me a private message and let's make a deal.

Features:

4.7L V8 Powerful and fuel efficient for a V8
Automatic Transmission
Hard to find Black and Charcoal interior!
Push button 4x4, you can shift into 4High at freeway speeds. This is nice during the colder months. If you feel loss of traction you can just push the button and you've got instant 4 wheel drive. This truck is a tank in the snow!
Cruise Control
Steering wheel radio controls
AC
Premium JBL sound system
AM FM Radio/CD/Tape
Tilt/slide sunroof
Keyless entry
Power rear window instead of the normal manual slider truck rear window
Color Matched SnugTop brand Canopy. VERY NICE!
Spray in Bedliner
Rear Air bag suspension to level the load when towing

I'll pay the sales commission to Bob as well. smile I'll also pay for a vehicle inspection for a serious buyer as I'm a highly motivated seller and I have nothing to hide with this truck. She's turn key and needs nothing!

they are killer trucks. Ever since I wanted a truck I've wanted a tundra. I'll be sad to see it go.

I owned an 06 just like that and loved it, great truck with plenty of power. I would still own it but traded it in on a new Tundra.

These are great trucks.

around 17mpg + or - depending on how you drive and how much your on the freeway. it's got a 26 gallon tank and I always fill up when the light comes on so I'm usually putting in about 22 gallons each time. For 24 gallons i get a consistent 400 miles to the tank with a mixture of freeway and city driving.

will consider selling the truck without the canopy. I don't know why in the hell one would want a truck without the canopy but I'll consider it...

Also, from this point on I'm going to be commuting on my motorcycle again so very minimal miles will be put on the tundra from now until she sells.

Make me an offer I can't refuse. smile

Update: here's the deal for PP members. Truck without the canopy for $15,800.

All I'm trying to do is get out of my payments and get a cheaper truck to tow with. I stand to make no money on this deal! You don't need to come up with cash for this truck. Finance it and take over payments. Let's make a deal!

at the risk of someone calling me drunkenly at 3:00am I'd rather not post my phone number again, but for anyone who would like to see the truck and is not a member of this forum here's my email address:

dhover1@gmail.com

Price is still negotiable. I need this truck gone. My loss, your gain. I'll show any serious buyer my loan statement to prove I make no money on this deal.
