w. coyote Returning Adult Registered: 07/17/03 Posts: 365 Loc: Everett Wa.	Just found out that the state has started a program to help turn in poachers. If you catch some one and turn them in with a actual conviction the state will buy your Elk tag for the year. Great Idea. I found the remains of a poached elk yesterday up near Yakima. Had I caught the poacher I could have my tag already. _________________________ 25 years experience fishing the Puget Sound. 5 years of it catching fish.

I've called in plenty of duck hunters (usually by name since they're usually teenagers)... Do we really need incentives?? They are nice I guess though... Curtis
