I wouldn't expect too much from TO. Sub 4.5 is great but the question is can he beat man coverage. This little bit from ESPN tells the story:

"Expecting production from Owens might be a long shot based on recent history. According to ESPN Stats and Information, of the 187 NFL players with at least 20 catches last season, Donald Driver was the only one older than 35. Hines Ward and Tony Gonzalez each had more than 20 catches, but were just 35 last season."

The only way he will be the #1 receiver is if every other receiver is on IR at the end of the year.

and between those 3 greats alone, Owens is in far far better shape, always has been...

The TO signing, if nothing else, will get people talking about the Hawks and the upcoming season.

Fan interest can be generated in various ways.

If he can catch 40-50 balls, I think that would be a success.

That guy has been a cancer on every club he has ever been on. F- him and I could not care less if he is good for 100+ catches. You do not win with TO. Cancer..........our coach/GM should know better.
