anyone know where to buy them locally in the south sound? called Quantico and Surplus Ammo but they dont carry them... would prefer to not buy them online due to the wait time...

you can get them online, along with many many other applications, from darts, to wierd sh!t... they are perfectly legal... pepper balls, bags, darts, flares, square shot, rubber bullets, you name it...

Why reinvent the wheel?
You already have the right weapon, your hatchet. Just think of a tweaker as a overgrown malnutritioned possum with less teeth.
You should be able to fill your punchcard up pretty quick. Just make sure you mark the correct catch area code and the "w" box for wild, unless there is a tweaker hatchery near Orting I'm unaware of.
