This guy was so popular with the kids, back in the day, that my 5th graders named our classroom hamster, "Hammy Bosworth". And you think you're smarter than a 5th grader...

some more..
Bruce Smith, Reggie White, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, Gale Sayers, Namath, Jim Thorpe, Derrick Brooks, Chris Carter, Sterling Sharpe, Cortez, Jack Ham, Jack Lambert, and of course, Barry Sanders...
Strange thing I have been sort of captivated by this player ever since he helped beat the Huskies and now by luck he happens to play for our Hawks. He is not the best back in the league, and he is not one of the "good guys".
Every time he says or does something it makes me laugh. I'll never forget his first interview with "Mitch in the Morning" and he kept saying "Now listen here son" to Mitch.
Another highlight. Going to Sizzler.
Even when he got pulled over last summer, he was driving a Ford E350 van. That kind of thing makes me laugh. What kind of millionaire drives around at 3 am in a E350?
But what I find really entertaining is that you have a guy who has spent his entire pro career playing for obscure teams that haven't been very good, and yet he runs every down like his life depends on it. I figure the guy gets hit at least 4 times on every carry up the middle, and he never loses ground. You would never question his effort like you would for #37.
Another thing that I like about him is that he doesn't try to be something he's not. He is honest when he makes mistakes off the field, and avoids interviews because he comes from Oakland, and frankly speaks a language most of America would not understand.
Also, I like how at the end of arguably one of the top 20 nfl plays of all times he goes straight n********* and does the "Hold ma d!!!" move. So funny.

Did Boz have a Benz? He lived down the street from me and I only remember seeing him a vette. He was a little guy . I was standing next to him at QFC one day and I would have never guessed it was him , maybe 5'10. He was dating a real hot blond at the time. Bo owned him an the myth was shattered.
