I have for sale now what is probably the nicest *unused* albacore rod and reel combo for sale that you've ever seen up here.

I had a custom 1-piece, acid-wrapped Rainshadow SW967 made by The Man himself. This rod is rated 15-25lbs, with casting rating of 3/4-4oz. This rod has enough backbone to fight any albacore, yet has the finess and excellent feel to use for live baiting, casting swim baits, or using it as a trolling rod. The "acid-wrapped" titanium guides flow around with the rod, making it the "correct" rod to use when fighting a fish. The double foot guides are wrapped in black and accented in fine silver. Nothing but the finest aluminum ALPS reel seat with double locking rings is used.

I paired up this awesome rod with an Accurate Boss Xtreme BX2 400 , right-hand retrieve reel. One of the nicest, American made, hand made, machined/milled aluminum, 2-speed drag, salt water fighting reel you'll ever see or lay your hands on. This real is a beautiful work of art, yet one of the meanest salt water reels on the market. You do NOT know the meaning of the word "drag" until you have played with a twin-drag reel.

I'm well over $850 for both. NEVER USED. I just do not fish for albacore enough to justify letting them sit around and never get USED! Not even once!
