I was at the Berkley Outlet Store in Spirit Lake yesterday. Thought I would pick up some stuff for fishing rough fish (walleyes) in the late spring and summer. They carry all kinds of line, rods, reels etc. I rounded the corner of an ailse, and saw golf clubs being sold in the same store as fishing gear. Are there any federal laws against this. Even though I golf, it made my stomach weak. Like my Dad says "When I get too old to fish, I'll start golfing". Tight lines and, as you slip him back in the water, say hi to a nate for me.

As many balls as I hit into the water when I golf, it's more like combining the two sports.

What's also sick is having Walleyes and Bass in Washington state waters.

I agree with you about bass and walleye sharing water with steelhead, but I think, if memory serves me correctly, Hawk is from Minnesota.
There, at least, the walleye and bass were there first.
I wonder who had the great idea to build dams on the Columbia, and then plant the resulting reservoirs with predator species, just in case too many smolts are surviving the dam passages.
Wouldn't want over-escapement. What a waste.
Fish on...
Todd.

Okay Hawk ... tee it up ... 3 5's, and I'll give you 3 a side!

I always thought a golf / fishing store was a great idea ... damn, I've been beat!
