The new CrabPot Restaurant in Port Angeles recently enclosed a flyer in the local daily newspaper. Featured was "Native Steelhead Trout". I called the restaurant to ask if they were serving farmed fish but no one could tell me. The cook said that the item had been removed from the menu. Interesting. They do have a good clam chowder, but so do a lot of restaurants.

My Crab Pot flyer said it was "Wild Steelhead" (along with "Wild Salmon"). Thanks for saving us a call. Sounds like they've heard "the word" already -- and they're barely open!
