I thought that only happins to me. Several years ago I had my tires changed at Crowell Bros. in Hoquiam and the also forgot to tighten on wheel. I was on my way to a charter on the penenisula and my tire fell off. Fortunately m clients car had a hitch and we made it to the river. That PM I called Crowells and the said to call a wrecker and have it towed to their shop. Then they would NOT pay the wrecker. They also would not buy me a new wheel but put on the ruined one and had me driving on it. Then I had a flat and went to a different tire place and they would not put on the wheel. The lug holes were ovaled so I had to bu a new one. Crowells would NOT pay for that either. So I have never set foot in their shop since. I was a 30 year customer with them.

I work for a major tire retailer (the one with the blimp) and it really pisses me off to hear things like that. The company should step up and take care of problems like that. It's crap like this that gives the industry a bad name. I'm sorry to hear about your problem and I hope you can find someone you trust.
