The "Times" mention that kings are being caught at 2 holes near Gorst Creek near Port Orchard in Sinclair Inlet. Where the heck are those fishing wholes at? I live in Bremerton and I haven't seen anyone fishing in Sinclair Inlet.

My father lives on Enetia beach (1/2 way between Manette and Illahee). Last weekend I saw 2 fish caught on the inside of the rip(northside) that sets up on incoming. Both fish about 8-10 lbs.

Bruce, could you be a little more specific for me. Where exactly were the fish caught and how far does a person need to cast out from the bank. Thanks.

Craig, give me an e-mail please. Have a couple questions about your home waters. Thanks, Russell

That would be one h*ll of a cast. The boats where using downriggers in about 150 ft of water. Flasher and Hoochies about 200 yards offshore.(private beach) Sorry if I mislead you. This is a boat fishery north of Bremerton. If the Times said the fish were caught from the beach I have no idea. Maybe the Times means some hole down by the shipyards off the docks. Good luck.
