I understand that the SILVERS are starting to show around Everett/Mulktio fery dock? Anyone been fishing them? I know we are restricted to 2 oz of lead. Thought about driving down, but wanted a good report before coming from Bellingham. Long tow for a big boat

Scotty,

You are not restricted to 2 oz. of lead in the Mukilteo/Everett area, the Shipwreck is the boundary. North of the Shipwreck you can use downriggers.

Fished Friday starting at "the bubble", saw 3 fish netted in 5 minutes and not another for 2 hours. Very few humpies being caught at humpy hollow to the shipwreck, and even fewer silvers. The silvers have not showed up in numbers at the baithouse on Possession either.

Got checked twice by enforcement, one was on a jetski....clip your barbs and be careful with the kings.

Thanks for the info on the silvers and the boundry. Enforcement guys are getting sneaky, they have the big boat here, but they also use a 18 ft ragtop. I try to be legal unless I get in a hurry and acutally forget to pinch the barbs. Now that BC requires it also, I keep eveything tied up pinched. I fished yesterday at Eagle Bluff on Cyprus, got one(chinook) about 15# or so. Got it about 45 minutes into the flood. If you hear anything, more let me know. Doesn't look like we will get any silvers up this way.
