Making a homemade salmon smoker out of an old oven. I have removed all the electrical items and have a bare oven box loaded with racks. Plan on using a charcoal box in the bottom pan drawer.
Need suggestions on how many holes to drill, what size, and what to do with the insulation between the bottom layers. Was thinking about cutting out most of the bottom and placing a Range filter to disperse the smoke.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
