Per state law:
Possession under an ounce is legal for everyone over 21.
Use by anyone over 21 is fine.
Purchasing is not legal unless you have a MMJ card.
Sale to MMJ card holders is fine.
While tolerated in some areas, MMJ stores are walking a thin line. Some have been raided by local PD, or threatened through their landlords by Federal alphabet agencies and closed that way.
Growing for MMJ card holders is fine, up to a certain amount of finished product, and a number of plants.

Wow RH, you took some classes and even got a "degree" in one of them. I'm very interested in education, so since I'm not familiar with degrees offered for specific classes, would you tell me what class you got your degree in and what kind of degree it is?

It's unfair to be talking about RH while he's sleeping.

AA in Horticulture through Renton Technical College, got straight A'z (yes i know) in that class, and could prove it in a heart beat if i was so inclined to do so...

the RTC class has since been killed off, but it wasnt just a standard Horticulture class you would have gotten an AA from, and AA in Hort from most schools focuses on landscape design, floral arrangements, greenhouse work, ect, all of which i did, a BA class in Hort, teaches about the sciences of plants and management and other such stuff... one more year of school and i would have a BA in Horticulture...

the problem with having a degree in Horticulture, is its almost useless... you cant make any "real" money in the business per say....

So, passing one class is a degree in that class for you ? What is the difference between the degree you earned, and the other kind of degrees which people who pass all of the associated classes receive ?
