If the report I heard on ESPN radio is accurate, the Husky BBall program took a giant leap forward today when Lorenzo Romar accepted the UCLA coaching job. Being a Coug alum I'm not thrilled with the instantaneous improvement in the UW program....

Last I heard he was offered the job, but declined...

Obviously the U gets a lot better athletes than the Zuu. Embarrassing results for a team with the talent they have. Romar is a great recruiter, but that's where the greatness ends.....
Offense is basically pass the ball around the perimeter until the shot clock gets low, then somebody go one-on-five and put up a prayer....

In the Palouse, Bone is working with a couple good athletes and a bunch of overachievers that play hard and maximize their abilities. Only reason they're even competitive is their work ethic.
