I bought some metalic red corkies up at the Sportsman show last year and fished them with eggs for winter run. did really really well with this setup, but as all of you know, the best setups always decorate the alder trees along the bank... so I am in desprete need of finding the small-medium sized metalic red coarkies, anyone know what I am talking about or seen these at a store or somewhere? I can't seem to find these anywhere, I don't care if I have to pay .25 each for them. Well thanks to all that can help

Andy,
I am pretty sure Narrows Marina in Tacoma has them. I don't know what the number is, but they are in the phone book. They have one of the largest selections of corkies I have ever seen. Good luck.

Andy-
Try Sportco in Fife. I think I saw some there. $.10 each if you're a member, $.11 if you aren't.

I am ALMOST positive that either Swains or R&R Marine in Port Angeles, has them, cause I've seen them before... I can get phone numbers if you want them. Swains is .10 for them, and I believe R&R is like, .14 or something...

Andy,

Because of where you(we) live our options are limited. Far and away your best chance locally is Monte Square at the BP station. Olympia has squat. Instead of going clear to Tacoma or narrows marina, you should try Sunbirds in Chehalis. I don't know if their selection compares to Narrows marina or sportco, but they do have a good selection and may well carry your color. It's also 1/2 an hour closer!

Call them first. You may save yourself a needless trip.

Ready for a ride in the boat this winter?

Eric

If you can't find the bobber, just dip plain silver bobbers in a clear red lacquer.
