Does anyone know of a sight that has the amount of rainfall for the last 24 hours in forks. All the ones I see just say "Rain today with showers tonight, tommorow rain with chance of showers, cloudy with bla bla bla bla"

Joe-
Look at http://161.55.224.1/cgi-bin/stps
This is one of the sites for the National Weather Service and shows temp. and precip. data for the last 24hrs. When you get to this page, scroll down to see the different stations. The closest is Quillayute, but that should give you a decent idea of what's going on in the Forks area.

Click on the Washington Weather by station. Then choose "Quillayute" on the map. This will give you information updated to the hour on rainfall in the Forks area.

Joe, This site doesn't give weather in Forks, but it does give current streamflow conditions for several Peninsula rivers and many other Washington streams. By clicking on the eight digit number in front of the river you are interested in, you can get graphs showing flow trends, flood stages, and mean flows.
