I just saw the pictures of your "high" water. The guy from Kirkland is right. You, Robbo, and Fish Gal are out raking those metalheads in the chocolate milk, while us fools sit at home for a "thumbs up" report from You. Get out your flourescent colored doughballs, 50 pound line, and start whacking those mud puppies. Bet the Yutes are having a hell of a time holdingh a net in this water.

Believe it or not, the best fishing I ever had on "Drone River" was when the water was 8 feet above noraml pool. Couldn't have had .5 inches of vis. Small river, and the steelies were all in a little bend of the river in the brush. Only time I have had triple digit numbers in a single day, and it lasted for a week. Severe tendonitis. They would make a run out to the center and blow up on me. Only landed a few dozen each day, but it was a kick. I'll put a picture in the mail to you this weekend. Don't vent, as these are all brats, headed for the smoker.

I hope you can get back on the river soon, as you definitely have a bad deal on your hands now. Hey guy from Kirkland. Bite Me. Fish On.

The only thing hittin triple digits around here is Mt. Baker. With "Vacancy" signs up at the Cascade and Barnoughby hatcheries, looks like I'll be spendin some time on the boards for a while, once again relying on my friend Jack to keep me company.

Send me some pics, Hawkus. Were you doing that nose bugle thing of yours while this triple digit festivus was ocurring?
