Drifted from high bridge to Sultan yesterday 12/22. The river was running @5,000cfs. It appeared to me that the river had changed a little at that logjam hole above the Wallace. That big boil just after the logjam has moved upstream and the river runs under the logjam more now, to complicate things there is a new log on the outside edge that sticks out an additional ten feet or so. When you hit the boil it wants to send you harder towards the logjam and you can get into the sweeper easier then before. You really need to get on the sticks and row through the boil. Might be easier in lower water. FYI.
