I thought they were provoking.
Funny... Why would the guy need a toy gun or flash cards when checking into a mental hospital?
Eerie... Were the needles medicinal?
Inquisitive... What were the stories of the family members? What was the story behind the uniform? How many people deserved a life sentence? Were the people actually insane and would they be considered so today? Pliers? Playing cards? Are there stories there?
Historical... How about just a cross section or sample of artifacts from the time period on face value?
Situational... Did any of them expect to have the contents returned?
Empathetic... Could I have recognized or made a difference?
Maybe I have had a glass too many and all of the categories are only inquisitive and maybe that is an all inclusive category, but apparently, it is much easier to demostrate the epitome of creativity carving genitals on a blank canvas with an endless supply of materials than it is to qualify an unknown or something less than comfortable. That clam picture makes me sandy honestly since I'd rather be wondering why than simply acknowledging the obvious.
I guess the simple know what makes them happy and it would just be easier to accept that than buck the tide.
Aunty would have understood.
Rant over.

In the legend of King Arthur, the Fisher King was a renowned angler whose errant ways caused him to be struck dumb in the presence of the sacred chalice. I am no great fisherman, and a steelhead is not the covenant of Christ, but with each of these fish I am rendered speechless.
