I thought when the jury asked for clarification of the Manslaughter elements that they were working hard to fit the facts into that charge.

Here's my only comment on this topic from here on out, and it's similar to the one I've made before.

Not me. But I have sat on a jury for a felony case and I can tell you it's a hell of a lot harder to be on the jury than sit in front of the television tube.

This is a case where I was on the jury for 6 weeks.
